Our docks should be a place to relax, not worry about whether they have been damaged since the last visit or from a blowing Alabama wind or from the sudden changes in water levels. We just want to grab a seat enjoy the sun and possibly settle into a nap. Our Dock Watch program allows you to have peace of mind and our memberships are customizable based on your specific needs.

 

How it Works...

Memberships vary based on selection but on average range between $500.00 and $850.00 annually. Membership is renewable each year starting in January and maybe canceled with 30 day notice and a zero balance.

Step one- contact our office for a quick Q&A

Step two- receive your program via email or text

Step three- Our team will perform a thorough inspection of your dock

Step four- we monitor weather conditions, water conditions, and other possible concerns and notify you

Step five-  respond to alert texts ASAP

Step six- relax

This is a real life example:  You are notified of impending weather and will receive ongoing updates and recommendations such as cable adjustments etc. If you are onsite and feel safe following our notification there's no need to reply to text. However, if you are not available simply reply with MAINTAIN and our team will provide the needed service. All communication is apart of the membership fee and you will only receive a service invoice should you require our assistance. Let's say... a storm breaks a cable and winch on your dock, the repair without a membership is $1250.00 plus the service call. With a membership you save the cost of the service call plus $150.00 discount on the repair. This is a savings of over $300.00. Like most memberships you receive discounts on services and products. Lets say... You want to add or upgrade your ladder, it's discounted 10% materials and labor with your membership. This is a savings of $150.00. Lets say...You have damaged or missing flotation. The average float cost installed (based on size) is $550.00. With your membership discount you save $25.00
