First and foremost we don't just say our customer service is the best, we prove it is the best and we will back that by providing you with customer for a personal referral. These are not paid referrals, they are not friend referrals, well I guess that's not completely true, but these are customers that have experienced our customer care.

What we hear...
Number 1 complaint we hear is, "they seldom answer their phones and when they do the promise of taking care of the problem never happens". "My dock is still under warranty, but I can't get anyone to come out and fix...". Not with ADS! We guarantee a follow up call within 12 hours and if needed an onsite visit within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If its a true emergency we are there ASAP!
Repairs and maintenance are provided by experienced dock personnel not a weekend warrior or someone that has a slow primary business and somehow over night thinks they can transition to building or repairing your dock. This is harsh, but it's true and I hate hearing these stories.
